How long does a generation take?+

Generations typically take 4–10 minutes depending on duration, quality, and current queue load. Pro and Premium plans receive priority queue access.

What image formats are supported?+

PNG and JPG up to 10MB. We recommend portrait-format images at least 720px on the short edge for best results.

Can I use generated videos commercially?+

Personal and non-commercial use is permitted on all plans. Commercial use is included with the Premium plan.

How do credits work?+

Credits refresh monthly with your subscription. Unused credits roll over for one billing cycle. A typical 10-second generation costs 130.

Can I delete my data?+

Yes. You can delete individual videos or your entire account from Settings. Deletion is permanent and processes within 24 hours.

What's the refund policy?+

Subscriptions are refundable within 7 days if no credits have been spent. Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable but never expire.
